Expanding LAN Network









Long Range WLAN is also very cost-effective in expanding a LAN Network to a Wide-Area Network (WAN).

A typical office LAN Network can be expanded to include a branch office network via Wireless LAN. The illustration scenario below is an application that is most effective and efficient. Linking two networks (e.g main office and branch)will tremendously save communication cost and promote efficient use of resources for both office. Instead of paying telecom companies to link office, why not consider WLAN instead.

Simply think of the branch office as a ‘hub’ under the LAN network in head office, and the set of WLAN Master and Slave is exactly the wire (LAN cable) to connect to the hub in branch office. Only one time charge, no additional networking cost.
